Thermoforming Part:This part can forming products form plastic sheet which making by Extrusion Part directly.And staking by Stacking Part.

Thanks to the automatic satcking arm,so that can avoid staking by labor,it can forming a bacteria-free environment,it will be very suitable for making yogurt cup,jelly cup and other food filling cup.

-In line thermofroming machine can do these step automaticity inculding feeding in proportion,extrusion,pressing,thermoforming,stacking,crushing.
-Can adjust the width of sheet,avoid wasting sheet by cutting the wider part,improve the use ratio in a certain degree.
-The machine is cutting in mould and running under 7bar pressure.
-Can counting and satcking products automaticity.
-The sheet feeding and stretching are driven by servo motor.
